Sandra Boeschen, Boeschen & Associates, is an experienced healthcare senior manager and
organization development consultant with expertise in strategy, goal setting, and team and
leadership building. She works with a variety of organizations, including medical centers,
philanthropic and other non-profit organizations, and physician groups.
Sandra is an experienced facilitator for strategy sessions at senior management and Board
levels of organizations. This work usually focuses on outlining major goals and developing
focused action plans. She is also an experienced executive coach, working with emerging and
established leaders on their effectiveness. Individualized leadership development of this kind
has proven to accelerate the ability to mobilize teams and achieve organizational goals.
Until establishing Boeschen & Associates in 1998, Sandra served as the West Bay Director of
Education and Organization Development for Sutter Health. Earlier in her career she held
senior management positions at Marin General Hospital and Peninsula Community Hospital,
responsible for strategic planning, program development, and education/community relations.
Sandra is certified as an executive coach by the Professional School of Psychology in
Sacramento, California, with additional certifications in organization development and
facilitation. She received her Masters degree in Health Administration and Planning from the
School of Public Health at the University of California at Berkeley. Earlier, she completed her
Masters of Humanities at the State University of New York at Buffalo and her B.A. at Dickinson
College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
