
Roxanne is a seasoned organizational development consultant and the Principal and Founder
of Okun Consulting. She has a unique background in business and psychology, and her work
reflects a deep understanding of business principals and human factors. She has experience
with large corporations as well as nonprofits.

Roxanne was an affiliate consultant with The Management Center, consulting to nonprofits in
the Bay Area in the areas of ED recruitment and organizational development. She served on
the Board of Directors at Conciliation Forums of Oakland, a community-based nonprofit
organization providing mediation services and training in conflict management. Before starting
her own business, Roxanne was a consultant with Personnel Decisions International, a global
HR consulting firm. Her career also includes several years in marketing research at Leo Burnett
Company, a major advertising agency. In addition, Roxanne is a licensed clinical psychologist in
California.
Roxanne earned her MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of
Professional Psychology; her MBA in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from the Kellogg
Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her BA in Psychology
from Dartmouth College.
