Helen is an accomplished management specialist, resource development and revenue strategist
who consults with private companies, non-profit organizations, and political campaigns. She
coaches clients on community outreach, board recruitment and training, development mentoring
and management.
Prior to consulting, she held the position of business development manager for the Fireside
Corporation, a privately held company with hotel and restaurant interest. Helen managed
daily operations, sales and marketing for a hotel and two restaurants.
Helen also served as an Executive Director with the American Heart Association where she was
responsible for fundraising, Board of Directors, development of corporate partners and
leadership volunteers, educational programs for ethnic audiences, professional education,
advocacy, communications and marketing.
Her earlier career included management, development and grassroots organization for the
American Diabetes Association, various national and state political campaigns, the California
State Legislature and U.S. Senator Robert W. Kasten Jr. (WI).
