Gabrielle Parkinson has provided coaching , consulting and facilitation services to individuals
and organizations (both business and non-profits) for over 25 years.   As a leader of several
organizations, she brings senior level management experience in working with a wide range of
clients in the following areas:

Gabrielle supports individuals and organizations during times of dynamic change to make
necessary shifts and changes. Emphasis is on managing time, resources and business
demands in a healthy productive way. Her passion is working with high achieving leaders and
professionals who are ready to make major changes in their careers/businesses and create a
healthier work style and work environment; they are ready to maximize their time and people
resources while excelling and achieving on all levels.

Having worked both internally and externally in management, Gabrielle understands the
importance of focus and works with clients on developing strategic plans for clarifying vision,
goals and objectives, aligning their resources and successfully implementing their plans to
achieve the results they want. She developed her own transition program—the Career/Life
Transitions Process--working with both individuals and groups.  Gabrielle has extensive
experience in facilitation, working with large and small groups in business and non-profit
organizations.

She combines a unique background of business management with career/life management and
is dedicated to helping her clients discover new solutions for managing organizational change,
providing leadership and management training, and implementing professional development
programs. She brings a practical business management approach with her background as
director of career education in the county office of education, business/management instructor
at the university and community college levels, founder and board president of several non-
profit organizations, and business owner.

•        Certified in facilitating the Personal Coaching Skills Inventory through Corporate Coach U.
•        Administrative Credential (life) with State of California, San Jose State University.
•        Life Teaching Credential at Secondary School levels from State of California—with
    experience at high school, community college and university.
•        Certified in Group Facilitation, Assertiveness Training and Time Management through
    ACSA (Association of California School Administrators).
•        Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Humboldt State University.
